By using the Website and placing an order for products and/or services, you agree to comply with the terms in this Policy. If you do not agree, we advise you not to use the Website.

A) By using the Website and/or placing an order for products and/or services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy. If you disagree with any part of this Policy, please refrain from transacting on the Website. B) We may update the terms of this Policy from time to time. It is your responsibility to review this Policy regularly to understand the terms that apply at any given time.
TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND
(A) RETURN POLICY: i. Return Policy Overview:
At SS Medicos, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, if you receive an (a) incomplete order, (b) expired product, (c) damaged product, (d) incorrect product, (e) changes in doctor’s prescription, or (f) in the unfortunate event of the patient’s passing, please contact SS Medicos customer support within 7 days of receiving the products to ensure prompt resolution. Returns or cancellations not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be entertained.
Note: Please check if the product falls under the returnable/non-returnable category before placing an order, as non-returnable products cannot be returned.
ii. Exceptions to Return Policy:
Returns, replacements, or exchanges are not available for the following product categories: Injections, Health Monitoring Equipment, and Ortho Support items. Additionally, products marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page will not be accepted for return, refund, or exchange.
(B) REFUND POLICY: i. Refund Policy Overview:
SS Medicos is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We will issue a full refund under the following circumstances:
- If you receive a defective product.
- If the ordered product is lost or damaged during transit.
- If the product is past its expiry date.
Note: For returns requested due to reasons attributable to the user, we may accept the request at our discretion, subject to a ‘Restocking Fee’. The refund will be processed after deducting the applicable Restocking Fee. The Restocking Fee may be revised periodically without prior notice. Products eligible for return must be in their original, unused condition and fit for resale as new.
ii. Refund Process and Timeframe:
- Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used:
- Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Any delays are due to bank policies, which are beyond our control.
- Wallet Refund: Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, users must email their order details to ssmedicos2021@gmail.com or call us at +91 06392675659. Refunds will be made to the user’s wallet or bank account. Bank account details may be required for refunds to bank accounts.
iii. Refunds for Excess Charges:
If you were charged an excess amount, we will refund the difference directly to your original payment source.
(C) CANCELLATION POLICY: i. Product Cancellation:
Users can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order is cancelled, a confirmation will be sent.
ii. Service Cancellation:
The Website facilitates appointments with doctors or registered medical practitioners. Once an appointment is confirmed and scheduled, SS Medicos is not responsible for cancellations due to unavailability of the doctor or any deficiencies in service.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made after an appointment has been confirmed. However, at our discretion, a full or partial refund may be provided if a doctor becomes unavailable or if an alternative doctor is arranged. The decision in such cases rests with SS Medicos.
