SSMedicos, incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at Bhartti Street, Opp Abdul Salam Girls Inter College, Moradabad 244001, Uttar Pradesh, India (“SSMedicos”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates and manages https://ssmedicos.co.in/ and its corresponding mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Website”), where users can place orders for purchasing medicines and other products and/or services listed on the Website (“User” or “Users” or “you”).
What are the Fees and Payments Policy?
This Fees and Payments Policy (“FPP Policy”), along with the Terms and Conditions [accessible on our website], outlines SSMedicos’s accepted payment methods and procedures for accepting fees and payments for services offered through the Website. Our primary goal is to ensure the Website is user-friendly and equipped with strong security measures to safeguard any financial information shared by users.
Users should read and understand this FPP Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you are advised not to use the Website. By using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing on the Website, you agree to be bound by this FPP Policy.
Fees and Payment Options
1. No Browsing Fee: SSMedicos does not charge a fee for browsing the Website. We may consider implementing fees for certain features or the Website as a whole in the future, with your continued use being considered acceptance of such changes.
2. Payment Options: SSMedicos provides various payment options for user convenience. We reserve the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice:
- Net banking facilities
- Select credit/debit cards
- SSMedicos Wallet
- Cash on delivery (COD)
- Prepaid payment instruments and electronic wallets
- Any other payment option added by SSMedicos
Please note: We currently accept payments only from major banks and do not accept international debit/credit cards.
3. Discretionary Acceptance of Payments: Acceptance of payments is at SSMedicos’s discretion. We may require photo identity proof (e.g., PAN card) to validate a user’s transaction. Failure to provide such proof may result in payment rejection.
4. User Responsibility for Financial Information: Users agree to provide accurate financial information and are solely responsible for its confidentiality. SSMedicos disclaims liability for unauthorized use of financial details.
5. Liability Disclaimer: SSMedicos is not responsible for:
- Unauthorized transactions or purchases made on gift cards/vouchers.
- Exceeding the credit/debit limit set by the user’s bank.
- Technical issues during transactions.
- Transactions declined due to factors outside our control.
6. Transaction Limits: SSMedicos may impose transaction limits and reserve the right to reject transactions from users with suspicious histories. We may delay or cancel transactions if deemed necessary.
7. Inclusive Pricing: All product prices on the Website are inclusive of applicable taxes. Users are responsible for all charges related to purchases, including VAT, service tax, GST, and other applicable duties. Errors in pricing due to technical issues will be addressed as follows:
- If the actual retail price is lower than the listed price, users may request a refund within 2 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed to the user’s Wallet or bank account within 10–12 working days.
- If the listed price is higher and no discounts are provided, we may delay dispatch until the discrepancy is resolved. Users can cancel the order, and payment will be refunded within 10 working days.
8. Third-Party Payment Terms: The terms and conditions of the user’s bank or financial institution may also apply. SSMedicos is not liable for any issues preventing transactions from processing.
9. Third-Party Contracts: We may partner with third-party payment service providers in accordance with Indian laws.
10. Unauthorized Charges: If an unrecognized charge appears on a user's payment instrument, the user should first check if a family member or friend authorized the purchase. If unresolved, the user should report this within 2 days for investigation.
11. Invalidated Payments: If a payment is found to be invalid, SSMedicos reserves the right to recover the amount from the user’s Wallet. If insufficient funds exist, users must remit payment within 2–4 working days from notice. Failure to do so may lead to legal action.
12. Cash on Delivery (COD): Users can opt for COD, up to a maximum of INR 10,000 per order. We may restrict COD for certain products or locations. Users must accept our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for COD transactions.
13. SSMedicos Wallet: Users can convert refunds or canceled order payments into the SSMedicos Wallet. Refunds for COD orders will also be processed through the Wallet. Wallet amounts may only be used for future purchases and are non-refundable if the account is deactivated.
