Delivery and Shipping Information
2.1 Logistics Partnerships: We collaborate with third-party logistic providers for shipping and delivery. Details about the assigned logistics partner will be shared once the product is processed and handed over for delivery. We aim to dispatch products within 24 hours from the order placement, but delivery timelines will be communicated on the order confirmation page and through email or SMS.
Note - The order will be will be delivered within 7 to 8 days.

2.3 Unserviceable Areas: We strive to deliver nationwide but may limit services in certain regions. You will be informed if your area is unserviceable when placing an order. To check, you can enter your pin code on our platform.
2.4 User Information: To ensure accurate delivery, provide complete and precise details such as name, address, and contact information. Errors in the provided information may lead to delivery issues, for which we cannot be held responsible.
2.5 Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the logistics provider will attempt delivery up to three times over three days. If these attempts fail, we may cancel the order and process a return, deducting applicable shipping charges.
2.6 Delays: While we aim for prompt delivery, delays can occur due to factors like weather, strikes, political events, or unforeseen situations. We will attempt to notify you of delays through email or SMS but disclaim responsibility for any inconvenience caused.
2.7 Delivery Conduct: We ensure professional conduct from our logistics partners but cannot control their actions. Any disputes or issues with delivery staff must be addressed directly by you.
2.8 Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your product is dispatched. This can be used on our platform or the logistics partner’s website/app to track your order. Note that tracking status may have delays due to system updates or technical issues.
2.9 Shipping Fees: We may apply shipping charges based on order value, product type, and delivery location. These fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
2.10 Returns: Return requests are processed through our reverse logistics partners, as outlined in our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
